Unwanted products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date you took delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us either by telephone or email beforehand to let us know you wish to return your item/s.
If you wish to return any items you will be responsible for the cost of carriage/delivery to us. We recommended using a tracked and signed-for service.
Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days from the date we receive your item/s.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
In the case of refunds to debit/credit cards, you will receive the refund within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
